About Me

‘As a mother, I know how fleeting time is. Photos are a tiny pause button, one where you can relive those moments that slip through your fingers. ‘
My name is Emily, a Sutherland Shire photographer capturing parenthood in its most honest, golden, soul-stirring form.
My work is for those who want to feel their photos. It’s is for the families who never quite fit the mould. For families who want to feel the salt on their skin and wind in their hair. The weight of her baby on her hip. The wildness of her children at the shoreline. The quiet strength in raising a family that often goes unnoticed.
I don’t create stiff portraits, I guide with emotion.
I document connection and moments that feel authentically you.
The in-between moments. The wind in your dress. The way your child reaches for you without thinking. The way you soften when you hold them.
Becoming a parent changes us. It stretches us. It remakes us. And I believe it deserves to be remembered, not just how it looked, but how it felt.
Alongside photography, I also host seasonal mothers’ retreats — intimate gatherings designed to nourish, ground and reconnect women back to themselves. Think gentle yoga, shared stories, slow mornings, meaningful conversations, and space to exhale. They are an extension of my work behind the camera: honouring mothers, witnessing them, and creating beauty in community.
Whether we’re meeting at the ocean at golden hour, in your home or gathering in circle, my intention is always the same, to hold space for you to be fully seen.
This isn’t just photography.
It’s remembering who you are in the midst of raising a family.
